Here's the gist of the package:
Couple will meet with their officiant 3 times. During our consultation session, we learn everything about you. How you and you fiancée met, your favorite memory together, how you define Marriage, etc. All of this will be used to develop our customized summary of your love story which we will use during your ceremony. Couples will then meet again for their initial Wedding Day Ceremony sessions after that where we will develop a minute by minute outline of what will happen on your big day. We will offer suggestions on how to make it uniquely your day. After then, we will have one final Wedding Day Session where we will review one last time what will happen, make any changes and also provide some suggestions on making your big day less stressful.
On your wedding day, we will show up 20-30 minutes ahead of your ceremony, conduct the ceremony, take a photo together and then mail off your wedding license. You will receive a tracking number either via email or text once we have mailed it off.

Our wedding officiant will walk you through the process of obtaining your wedding license. We will then figure out a mutual place to meet to sign the paperwork, take a photo together and then we will mail it off. You will receive a tracking number either via email or text once we have mailed it off.
Keep It Simple Sweetie Package
Couple will meet with the officiant once via zoom. During our consultation session, we will ask you a few questions so that we can personalize your elopement. We will also offer a few suggestions on where to do your elopement. Elopements are designed to be short and less than 7 minutes. We also cap the number of guests on your elopement day to 10 or less attendees.
On the elopement day we will show up about 5-10 minutes beforehand, perform the ceremony, take a photo together and then we will mail off your wedding license. You will receive a tracking number either via email or text once we have mailed it off. The format of our elopement is pretty standard so no changes will be able to be made to the format.
Verify The Paperwork with 'Officiant Protection'
We understand that some of your family members or friends have been waiting to be your Wedding Officiant since you could say "Old McDonald had a farm." However, if they make just one mistake on your legal documentation, it could be the difference between your marriage being legalized or nullified. We have seen wedding licenses sent to the wrong government office, completed with spelling mistakes and poor grammar. We have even seen licenses where the 'officiant' put the wrong witness information in the wrong box. All of this spells disaster on your first day as a 'married couple.'
With 'Officiant Protection,' you get piece of mind. Your loved one gets to do the wedding. We show up to ensure they correctly complete the paperwork and mail it off within the required time period. Your officiant has 5 days to mail it off. If its late, you risk having to apply, pay for another license and start the process all over again. With 'Officiant Protection,' one of our officiants will show up to your venue at the agreed upon time, review the identification of the witnesses and the paperwork for any mistakes. We will then instruction your officiant on what they need to do next to file the paperwork.
Please know we are Wedding Officiants, not lawyers. We cannot give legal advice. We are just merely following the letter of the law and will instruct your officiant on how we fill out the license..
Each ceremony and elopement are unique because each couple is unique!
However, some couples just want the basics which is TOTALLY fine by us. A standard ceremony includes a prayer, quick wedding speech by the officiant based on your survey answers, your pre-written vows, traditional vows where you say 'I do' and then your pronouncement. We are really BIG on customer service. We will ALWAYS respond within 24 hours (usually within 2 hours) unless we are on a beach sipping a martini. If that happens, we will warn you beforehand.
You're paying us for a service. We always want to exceed expectations. We are incredibly responsive before and during the process. We know how stressful a wedding can be. We want to help alleviate some of that stress. Its why the majority of our clients meet with us 3 times and we have plenty of conversations during the process to put your mind at ease.
In addition, we are different because we LOVE TO HAVE FUN during our weddings. If want dry and serious, hire another wedding officiant. Our marketing person hates that we said that but it is true. We are HIGH ENERGY, FUNNY, and MEMORABLE officiants. If you ask any of our old clients, they will tell you, we are serious when we needed to be but we LOVE TO LAUGH and they laughed during their ceremony.

We have done thousands of hours of public speaking. Last year, we officiated 70weddings. We love what we do. Plus, we pay attention to detail. One wrong entry on your wedding license can mean your marriage isn't valid. We take pride in our work.
We don't take on every wedding because we want to give each wedding the necessary attention it deserves. We're not the type of Wedding Officiants that pack our schedules with 3 or 4 other weddings on your day or show up 2 minutes prior to your ceremony and read you the same BORING script. We personalize each ceremony to include your love story. We also design your ceremony from start to finish. We'll then meet again and go through the wedding ceremony. After your ceremony, we mail off your wedding license and provide you a tracking number. We spend on average 15-20 hours on your wedding.

Elopements are small weddings with 10 or less people. They usually last less than 7 minutes long. We sure do Elopements. We average about 5 Elopements per month.
The average package for Wedding Ceremonies are $850 and $500 for Elopements in NYC. We charge based on distance from our international headquarters in Queens, NY. However, we will travel anywhere if the price is right. Did you say you needed us for your wedding in Tahiti? =)
Some people elect to do micro weddings which are more than 10 people but less than 50 people. Unfortunately, our price is still the same because the work we put into your wedding is the same. We're not like other officiants that charge based on the number of guests for your wedding.
We have seriously lost count. This year, we have married close to 80 couples. We have already booked Weddings for 2024 and 2025. Please do not wait until the last minute. The Wedding Officiant is the person you should book right after your venue. Remember, without them the marriage isn't legit!

One thing that REALLY bugs us are hidden fees. We created this website to be completely transparent. The short answer is no.
However, if YOU decide you want us to purchase supplies for your wedding i.e. candles for the candle lighting ceremony or sand for the sand ceremony, we will add it to your final balance. We will let you know what that price is BEFORE we purchase the item. You can always purchase the items on your own. No love lost.
If you change the wedding time, date or location AFTER signing with us, there may be a change fee. We will tell you this prior to confirming the change.
Other than that, the price we tell you during the contract signing is the ONLY price you pay. Nothing else. Unless you want to tip us. All tips are welcome. Help us pay for this ridiculous rent, please?? Ok. You don't have to but you get the point!
If your wedding or event takes place outside of NYC, we are happy to show up! Half of our weddings occur outside of NYC. However, there will be a travel fee added based on tolls and the amount of time it takes to drive to your event. We know you are on a budget so trust us when we say we're not getting rich off of the travel fee. We like to be transparent with you unlike some of our competitors (Yes, we just threw some serious SHADE!). You'll know the price before you sign a contract with us! Generally, its calculated by adding $50 per hour that we are in the car from our World Headquarters in NYC. If you prefer to pay for the uber to your location instead, we are happy to waive the travel fee.

The more products you purchase with us, the BIGGER the discount. Additionally, some couples prefer to initially elope and then have a wedding ceremony at a later date. We love this and will provide a discount if you agree to hire us for both events.
