One week prior to your wedding, you will get an email from a Meteorologist providing an overview of what you can expect on your big day. Each day after that, you will get another email and/or text message from us providing the most update to date information for your wedding. Our team will be happy to any general questions you may have.    

Each of our clients gets a summary of the forecast for your big day that features:

• A guaranteed high temperature
• Summary of any bad weather that could impact your day
• Best chance for any precipitation
• Sunrise time
• Sunset time
• Best time for vendor setup & breakdown 
• Best time for outdoor photos
• A summary of any additional concerns that could impact your big day

Now your guests wont have to worry about what to pack and you can stay focused on your big day!  

Each 7 Day Forecast Package is $199

Let us help you and your guests with the biggest day of your life. The wedding videos are 1-2 minutes long and feature not only a personalized weather forecast but can include any last minute announcements you want to remind your guests about.

Concerned about when to tell your vendors to setup? You can have a Meteorologist on site to track any severe weather and help determine when the appropriate time would be to setup. Email us at info@cloud9favors.com to inquire about availability.

Even though you can plan your day, Mother Nature can have another plan - Severe Weather. Tornadoes, Hurricanes and Severe Thunderstorms can delay if not force the cancellation of your big day. With this package, you can have a Meteorologist On-Call who can help you and your family during severe weather. You can call, text or email a Meteorologist on your wedding to ensure your guests are safe. 

Price $250

Max of 3 hours for coverage. 

$60 per hour for each additional hour
